About Us

Petro-Win Resources Pte. Ltd. (“Petro-Win”) was incorporated in Singapore on 6 October 2006. We source crude oil and other petroleum products globally. Over the years, we have established strong and long-term relationships with oil majors and producers, built on mutual trust and successful partnerships. We regularly undertake crude and product purchases, arranging end-to-end logistics to deliver cargoes to our clients worldwide. All transactions are executed under structured financing arrangements supported by first-class international financial institutions. In addition to logistics, we provide related services including marine cargo insurance, loss control, and comprehensive risk management solutions.

Good Relationship

Petro-win has developed good relationship with oil majors such as BP, CHEVRON, SHELL, TOTAL and national oil companies such as Lukoil, Petrobras, Sonangol, Repsol. With these multiple and diverse suppliers base, Petro-win has the flexibility to benefit from the opportunities avail in the sourcing markets to drive continued business growth and boost financial performance. The excellent relationship is built on a high level of trust between Petro-win and suppliers for a common shared benefit. As a result, Petro-win acquired a strong reputation as a reliable crude oil end-buyer in the industry.
